معوقات التكوين الجامعي للمختص الارطفوني من وجهة نظر طلبة وأساتذة الاختصاص دراسة حالة جامعة سطيف 2.

الملخص
نسعى من خلال الدراسة الحالية إلى ابراز تحديات التكوين الجامعي للمختص الارطفوني وبيان درجة استجابته لمتطلبات التكوين العالمي في الاختصاص دراسة حالة جامعة سطيف 2 ، في سبيل ذلك استعنا أدوات بحث، معدات من طرفنا، حيث اشتملت على كل من: مقياس الرضا عن التكوين لدى طالب تخصص الارطفونيا، استبيان استطلاع وجهات نظر هيئة التدريس وبلغت عينة الدراسة 166 طالب وطالبة، بينما عينة هيئة تدريس التخصص بالجامعة فقد شملت 11 أستاذ. وجاءت نتائج الدراسة كالآتي: درجة الرضا عن التكوين لدى خريج تخصص الارطفونيا بجامعة سطيف 2 منخفضة، وجهة نظر هيئة تدريس تخصص الارطفونيا بجامعة سطيف 2 سلبية نحو التكوين في التخصص The current study aimed to reveal the challenges of the speech therapist’s university education and find out the degree of his response to the requirements of the global training in the specialty of speech therapy. The case study is the University of Setif 2 and for that we used two equipment research tools by our side which are represented in the scale of the student’s satisfaction with the training in his speciality, a questionnaire on the survey of the teaching staff’s viewpoints and. This was applied to two samples, the first was the speech therapy students consisted of 280 males and females and the second sample included 11 members of the teaching staff of the faculty of speech Therapy speciality. The results of the study revealed that the satisfaction’s degree with the training of a Speech Therapy graduate at the University of Setif 2 is low, the teaching staff’s viewpoint at the same University is negative towards training as well as the specialty.
