المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات في اطار حوكمة المؤسسات

الملخص
الملخص: مع تطور اساليب تسيير المؤسسات التي تعرف نجاح في تحقيق أهداف أصحاب المصالح سواء كانوا مسيرين، عمال، مساهمين أو أي طرف آخر له علاقة بهذه المؤسسات، أصبح من الضروري تطبيق مبادى حوكمة المؤسسات لتحقيق أهداف المجتمع الذي تنتمي إليه جميع الأطراف التي لها مصالح في استمرارية هذه المؤسسات، ومن هذا المنطلق تظهر العلاقة القوية بين المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات وحكومة المؤسسات من خلال تطوير أهدافها لتشمل تلبية حاجات المجتمع وأصحاب المصالح معا. ونظرا لأهمية حوكمة المؤسسات في تحقيق أهداف جميع الأطراف ذات الصلة بالمؤسسة وتحقيق المسؤولية الاجتماعية التي يجب أن تتحملها، هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على حوكمة المؤسسات وأهم مبادئها، وكذلك التعرف على المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسة وأبعادها، كما سيتم تسليط الضوء على العلاقة بين حوكمة المؤسسات والمسؤولية الاجتماعية لها. الكلمات المفتاحية: - حوكمة المؤسسات- مبادئ الحوكمة - المسؤولية الاجتماعية- أبعاد المسؤولية الاجتماعية. Abstract: With the development of corporate governance methods that know success in achieving the goals of stakeholders, whether they are managers, workers, shareholders or any other party related to these institutions, it has become necessary to apply the principles of corporate governance to achieve the goals of the society to which all the parties that have interests in the continuity of these belong Institutions, and from this standpoint, the strong relationship between corporate social responsibility and corporate governance emerges through the development of its objectives to include meeting the needs of society and stakeholders together. Given the importance of corporate governance in achieving the objectives of all parties related to the institution and achieving the social responsibility that they must bear, the current study aimed to identify corporate governance and its most important principles, as well as to identify the institution’s social responsibility and its dimensions. The relationship between corporate governance and social responsibility will also be highlighted. to her.
