الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز واقع تقييم القدرات البدنية والمهارية كمعيار لانتقاء لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من15سنة، وذلك من خلال الكشف عن دور الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية في تقييم قدرات اللاعبين كأساس للانتقاء الصحيح والابتعاد عن العشوائية، بالإضافة إلى تصحيح الأخطاء التي يقع فيها المدربين باعتمادهم على الطرق التقليدية وابتعادهم عن الجانب العلمي خلال عملية الانتقاء، وتبيين الصورة الفعلية المعتمدة في عملية انتقاء وتقييم لاعبي كرة القدم أقل من15سنة بصورة علمية تتماشى مع متطلبات كرة القدم الحديثة. وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على عينة قوامها (30) مدربا، وكان اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة من خلال بناء الاستبيان واستخدم أساليب التحليل الإحصائي المناسبة باستخدام نظام spss، وقد أسفرت النتائج المتحصل أن عملية انتقاء اللاعبين وتقييمهم تخضع للطرق العلمية من خلال الاعتماد على بطارية الاختبارات البدنية والمهارية التي تساهم بشكل فعال في الكشف عن مستوى القدرات البدنية والمهارية بطرق علمية مقننة تتماشى مع الفئة العمرية . الكلمات المفتاحية: التقييم –الانتقاء-القدرات البدنية والمهارية-كرة القدم. Abstract: The study aims to highlight the reality of the assessment of physical abilities and skill as a selection criterion for football players under 15, by revealing the role of physical and skill tests in the assessment of the players' abilities as a basis for correct selection and avoiding chance. , in addition to correcting mistakes made by coaches by relying on traditional methods and staying away from them. On the scientific aspect during the selection process, and show the real image adopted in the process of selecting and evaluating football players under 15 in a scientific manner in accordance with the requirements of modern football. In our study, we relied on a sample of (30) trainers, and they were chosen at random, and the descriptive approach was used in the study by constructing a questionnaire and using statistical analysis methods. Résumé : L'étude vise à mettre en évidence la réalité de l'évaluation des capacités physiques et techniques comme critère de sélection des joueurs de football de moins de 15 ans, en révélant le rôle des tests physiques et techniques dans l'évaluation des capacités des joueurs comme base pour une sélection correcte et éviter le hasard. , en plus de corriger les erreurs commises par les entraîneurs en s'appuyant sur des méthodes et de s'écarter de l'aspect scientifique lors du processus de sélection, et de montrer l'image réelle adoptée dans le processus de sélection et d'évaluation des joueurs de football de moins de 15 ans dans un cadre scientifique manière conforme aux exigences du football moderne. Dans notre étude, nous nous sommes appuyés sur un échantillon de (30) entraîneurs, et ils ont été choisis au hasard. L'approche descriptive a été utilisée dans l'étude en construisant un questionnaire et en utilisant des méthodes d'analyse statistique appropriées utilisant le système spss. Les résultats obtenus ont montré que les processus de sélection et d'évaluation des joueurs est soumis à des méthodes scientifiques de En s'appuyant sur la batterie de tests physiques et d'habiletés qui contribuent efficacement à révéler le niveau d'aptitudes physiques et d'habiletés de manière scientifique et codifiée en fonction de la tranche d'âge.
