النص الشرعي المتشابه: مفهومه.. منهجية التعامل معه.. أثره على الواقع العلمي المعاصر

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى إيضاح مفهوم النص الشرعي المتشابه، وذكر بعض القواعد والضوابط التي تضبط التعامل معه، وتقسيم فئات الناس تجاهه، وبيان أثر النصوص الشرعية المتشابهة في الواقع العلمي المعاصر من حيث تشكيله والتأثير فيه، وتسليط الضوء على بعض المسائل المعاصرة التي ضلت فيها الفئة التي اتبعت النصوص المتشابهة. وتوصّل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج، من أهمها: أن النص الشرعي المتشابه هو كل نص شرعي غَمُض المقصود منه، ولا يمكن حصول العلم واليقين بمعناه بنفس اللفظ، وأنه قد يكون آية وقد يكون حديثًا، وأنه نوعان: نسبي ومطلق، وأنه بالنسبة للمحكَم قليل، وأنه حتى يكون تأويله صحيحًا لابد أن يُنظر إلى السياق الذي ورد فيه. This research aims to clarify the concept of legitimate text ambiguous, mention some of rules and regulations that control dealing with it, divide people’s groups towards it, clarify the impact of legitimate texts ambiguous on contemporary scientific reality in terms of its formation and influence on it, and highlight on some contemporary issues in which the group that followed ambiguous texts has strayed. The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that legitimate text ambiguous is every legitimate text whose purposed it him obscured, it is not possible to obtain knowledge and certainty in its meaning with the same pronunciation, that it may be a verse or it may be a hadith, that it is of two types: relative and absolute, that for the hermetic it is few, and until its interpretation is correct, it must be looked at the context in which it was mentioned in it.
