الفهم المقاصدي في تنزيل السنة النبوية على الواقع المعاصر-دراسة نظرية تطبيقية-

الملخص
تطرق هذا البحث إلى معنى الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية، وبيَّن أهميته ومميزاته ودوره في تفسير الحديث النبوي تفسيرا مقاصديا يسهم في تحقيق مصالح العباد بجلب المصالح ودفع المفاسد عنهم، كما أبرز البحثُ الضوابط التي يجب أن يخضع لها الفهم المقاصدي للنصوص النبوية حتى لا تكون هدفا للتأويلات الفاسدة والأهواء المغرضة تحت ستار تحقيق المقاصد، هذا بالإضافة إلى بيان أهمية الفهم المقاصدي للسنة النبوية في تنزيل الأحكام على الواقع المعاصر بما يحقق مقاصد الشارع ويبين قدرة الشريعة على احتواء كل النوازل والمستجدات، وصلاحيتها لكل زمان ومكان. Abstract: This research touched on the meaning of the intended understanding of the Prophet’s Sunnah, and showed its importance, features and role in interpreting the Prophet’s hadith in an intentional interpretation that contributes to achieving the interests of the servants by bringing interests and warding off evil from them. The research also highlighted the controls to which the intended understanding of the Prophet’s texts must be subjected so that they are not the target of corrupt interpretations. And prejudiced passions under the guise of realizing the objectives, in addition to explaining the importance of the intentional understanding of the Sunnah of the Prophet in relegating rulings to contemporary reality in a way that achieves the purposes of the street and demonstrates the ability of Sharia to contain all the calamities and developments, and its validity for every time and place. Résumé Cette recherche a touché le sens de la compréhension voulue de la Sunna du Prophète, et a montré son importance, ses caractéristiques et son rôle dans l'interprétation du hadith du Prophète dans une interprétation intentionnelle qui contribue à la réalisation des intérêts du peuple en suscitant des intérêts et en conjurant La recherche a également mis en évidence les contrôles auxquels la compréhension prévue des textes du Prophète doit être soumise afin qu'ils ne soient pas la cible d'interprétations corrompues. Et les passions préjugées sous prétexte de réaliser les objectifs, en plus d'expliquer l'importance de la compréhension intentionnelle de la Sunna du Prophète en reléguant les décisions dans la réalité contemporaine d'une manière qui atteint les objectifs de la rue et démontre la capacité de la charia à contenir toutes les calamités et les développements, et sa validité pour chaque temps et lieu.
