المهمة التنموية للجامعة داخل الفضاء السوسيو اقتصادي الجزائري

الملخص
نحاول في هذه المقال أن نتعرف على مكانة الجامعة الجزائرية في عملية التنمية الوطنية المستدامة، هل هي عامل من عوامل التنمية الشاملة كغيرها من الجامعات؟ أم أن عديد المشاكل التي تتخبط فيها قد أثرت في مسارها وأهدافها؟ وهل المحيط السوسيواقتصادي الذي كان يعول على هذا الصرح العلمي من أجل تغذيته الراجعة، أصبح يشعر "بعالة" الجامعة عليه نظرا لكثرة "استهلاكها" وقلة "إنتاجها"؟ وإلى أي مدى يمكن للجامعة بشكلها الحالي الاستمرار في تفاعلها مع الواقع المحلي الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في ظل ما تفرضه التغيرات الخارجية على هذا الأخير؟ وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم المحاور التي تساهم الجامعة من خلالها في مهمة التنمية الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية في الجزائر. In this article, we are trying to get to know the position of the Algerian University in the process of sustainable national development. Is it a factor of comprehensive development like other universities? Or that many of the problems that flounder in it have affected its course and objectives? Is the socioeconomic environment that was counting on this scientific edifice for its feedback, has become "effective" for the university due to the large number of "consumption" and the lack of "production"? And to what extent can the university in its current form continue to interact with the local economic and social reality in light of what the external changes impose on the latter. This study has determined the most important axes through which the university contributes to the task of economic and social development in Algeria.
