الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية الحدث التاريخي الرياضي الذي عرفته الجزائر سنة 1975 و المتمثل في احتضانها للدورة السابعة للألعاب الرياضية في حوض البحر الأبيض المتوسط،من حيث الظروف المحيطة بالدورة،و الأهداف الرياضية و الإنسانية النبيلة التي كانت الجزائر تصبوا إلى تحقيقها من ورائها ، و إبراز الإمكانيات التي وفرتها هذه الأخيرة من مادية و بشرية لضمان نجاح الألعاب،و المشاركة الدولية و الوطنية في الدورة و انجازاتها الرياضية، و الإشادة بنتائج النخبة الرياضية الوطنية،التي فاقت كل التوقعات حيث احتلت المرتبة السابعة،أمام أقوى البلدان الأوروبية المعروفة بتفوقها الرياضي العالمي،كما عكست الدورة قدرات الجزائرية التنظيمية لوفائها بتوفير كل الشروط الضرورية لإنجاحها هذا من جهة،و تمكن الجزائر من تمرير رسالتها السلمية الإنسانية و التحريرية للرأي العام العالمي من جهة أخرىThis study aims to highlight the importance of the historical sporting event that Algeria knew in 1975, represented by its hosting of the seventh cycle of sports in the Mediterranean basin, in terms of the circumstances surrounding the session, and the noble sporting and humanitarian goals that Algeria aspired to achieve from behind, and Highlighting the material and human capabilities provided by the latter to ensure the success of the Games, the international and national participation in the tournament and its sporting achievements, and praising the results of the national sports elite, which exceeded all expectations as it ranked seventh, in front of the strongest European countries known for their global sporting excellence, The course also reflected Algeria’s organizational capabilities for its fulfillment by providing all the necessary conditions for its success on the one hand, and enabling Algeria to pass its peaceful, humanitarian and editorial message to world public opinion on the other hand.
