الملخص : يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على أهم الاستراتيجيات (الخفية والمعلنة) التي يقوم بها الأفراد من أجل الاستيلاء على الفضاءات العامة، من خلال تحليل وشرح بعض أشكال وطرق هذا التملك كممارسة اجتماعية مخططة تنم عن عقلانية (فردية وجماعية) تؤثر بشكل أو آخر على البيئة الحضرية. لقد تم الاعتماد بشكل أساسي على تحديد مدينة تلمسان كمنطقة حضرية لأخذ مجموعة من الصور التي تدل على أشكال وطرق الاستيلاء على الفضاء العام ومحاولة الوقوف على المعاني التي يقدمها الافراد لهذه الممارسات الاجتماعية. يحاول البحث التوصل إلى أن المخططات العمرانية الجديدة التي اعتمدتها الدولة الجزائرية بمختلف الصيغ السكنية للقضاء على أزمة السكن، وما نتج عنها من اختلال اجتماعي دفع بالكثير من الأفراد إلى محاولة تملك الفضاءات العامة من أجل إنتاج أو إعادة إنتاج الاستراتجيات والممارسات الاجتماعية لكيفية استغلال هذه الفضاءات أو تحويل هدفها النهائي. The aim of this research is to identify the most important (hidden and asserted) strategies of individuals to take control of public spaces, by analyzing and explaining certain forms and methods of appropriation as planned and rational social practice (individual and collective) which, in one way or another, affects the urban environment. The choice of Tlemcen as an urban area to take a range of images, which show the forms and ways of this appropriation of public space, and try to understand the meanings that individuals give to these social practices. The results concluded that the new urban plans adopted by the Algerian State, with various housing formulas, to eliminate the housing crisis, and the resulting social imbalance, have prompted many individuals to try to take ownership of public spaces, in order to produce or reproduce social strategies and practices for exploiting these spaces or transforming their ultimate purpose.
