الملخص
ملخص إنّ المهنة الأرشيفية و المكتبية مازالت مهن فتية في الجزائر، أي أنها مازالت لم تلق اهتماما من طرف القائمين عليها، كما أن الخلط بين المفاهيم و المصطلحات العلمية الأرشيفية و المكتبية، و المفهوم الخاطئ لأهداف و خدمات كل منهما في المجتمع المستفيد منهما ، أدى إلى عدم تحكم المتخصصين في هذا المجال، فمن خلال هذه المعطيات جاءت هذه الورقة للتعريف بهاتين المهنتين، و تبيان أوجه التشابه و الاختلاف بينهما من حيث الجوانب الفنية و التقنية، بهدف توجيه و مساعدة أمناء الأرشيف و المكتبات لخلق رؤية شاملة للأعمال و الخدمات التي يقومون بها. Abstract : The office and the archival professions are still budding ones in Algeria, their dealers do not consider them important nor interesting. Besides,the confusion between concepts, scientific archives and office terms and the wrong notion of their objectives and services in the society that benefits from them, causes a disorder for the specialists in mastering this field.Through this data, we represent in this research paper the definition of both of them as well as the similarities and the differences between their artistic and technical aspects so as to guide and help the archive and office secretaries to create a global view for the works and services that they perform.
