الاقتصاد الرقمي وأثره وضوابطه في ضوء الفقه الإسلامي

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث- بشكل رئيسي- إلى بيان حقيقة الاقتصاد الرقمي وركائزه ومتطلباته وأبرز خصائصه، ولفت نظر الدول إلى الاهتمام بكل جديد في الاقتصاد الرقمي؛ من أجل دعم اقتصادها الحقيقي وتنميته ومواكبة التطور، وفتح آفاق جديدة أمام استثمار الأموال وتنميتها، وإيضاح تأثير كلٍّ من الاقتصاد الرقمي والمجتمع الإسلامي على الآخر، وجعل الاقتصاد الرقمي منضبطًا بالضوابط الشرعية، وتقديم الاقتراحات والتوصيات الملائمة والقابلة للتنفيذ في هذا المجال. واعتمد البحث على ثلاثة مناهج من مناهج البحث، وهي: الاستقرائي، والوصفي التحليلي، والاستنباطي. مع توخي السهولة وإيضاح النقاط بإيجاز غير مخلٍّ ما أمكن. والبحث مقسم إلى مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة. This research aims - mainly - to clarify the reality of the digital economy, its pillars, requirements and most prominent characteristics, and to draw the attention of countries to the interest in everything new in the digital economy; In order to support and develop its real economy and keep pace with development, open new horizons for investment and development of funds, clarify the impact of the digital economy and the Islamic community on the other, make the digital economy disciplined by Shariah controls, and provide appropriate and implementable suggestions and recommendations in this field. The research relied on a number of research methods, namely: inductive, deductive, and descriptive-analytical. With ease and clarification of the points concisely and unobtrusively as possible. The research is divided into an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion.
