الملخص

The present study is an attempt to explore teaching contents and methods in an important period of Arabic existence. It aims at enhancing some aspects of our educational heritage. The latter being the expression of the context and dynamics of the nation’s progression in history. Ibn Khaldun’s vision, being contemporaneous with the period, presents the best approach to the period in question, and is indeed pertinent to any serious study of the Arabo-islamic nation.
