الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن مدى تأثير الظروف الفيزيقية على الاداء الوظيفي لعمال المناجم -منجم بوخضرة تبسة-، وقد انطلقنا من اشكالية : هل تعتبر الظروف الفيزيقية السيئة (ارتفاع الحرارة، الضوضاء، سوء الإضاءة، سوء التهوية) عاملا مساهما انخفاض مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العمال من وجهة نظر عمال منجم "بوخضرة"، اهداف هذه الدراسة هي معرفة دور الظروف الفيزيقية على مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العمال من وجهة نظر عمال منجم بوخضرة، أهمية هذا البحث في قيمته على الافراد(العمال) بتشخيص الظروف الفيزيقية داخل المنجم ومدى تأثيرها على دائهم، حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي واستخدم الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانات، وتم توزيعه على (59) من عينة البحث، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة الى سوء الظروف الفيزيقية (ارتفاع الحرارة، الضوضاء، سوء الإضاءة، سوء التهوية) يقلل من مستوى الأداء الوظيفي لدى العمال من وجهة نظر عمال منجم بوخضرة.. Abstract: his study aimed to reveal the extent to which physical conditions affect the professional performance of miners – boukhadra Tébessa mine. and we started from a general problem: are poor physical conditions (high temperature, noise, poor lighting, poor aeration) a contributing factor to the low level of functional performance of workers from the point of view of the workers of the "boukhadra" mine, the objectives of this study are to know the role of physical conditions in the functional performance of the workers of the boukhadra mine, the importance of this research is the diagnosis of the physical conditions of the boukhara mine. the method used in the research is the descriptive approach, the questionnaire was used as a means of data collection, the research sample (59), the results of the study poor physical conditions (overheating, noise, poor lighting, poor ventilation) reduce the level of performance at work of boukhadra miners
