اللغة العربية في الجزائر إبان الاستعمار بين إدارة التغريب وإرادة التعريب

الملخص
تتناول هذه الدراسة على امتداداها قضية من أهم القضايا التي ترتبط بمقومات الهوية الجزائرية، وهي اللغة العربية، وتصف الحالة البائسة التي عاشتها في فترة الاحتلال، وما تعرضت له من مضايقات واضطهادات جراء السياسة اللغوية التي انتهجتها فرنسا في تعاملها مع الجزائريين في المجال اللغوي والثقافي، تلك السياسة التي فرضت على اللغة العربية أن تعيش غريبة مهانة في بلدها، وبين أهلها، مقصاة عن الوظائف الحية التي تمارسها كل لغة وطنية في بيئتها، كما سعت هذه الورقة إلى تبين موقف جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين منها، الداعي إلى ضرورة التمسك باللغة العربية، وتعميم استعمالها بين أفراد الشعب الجزائري في مختلف المجالات، الأمر الذي من شأنه أن يرجعها إلى مجدها وقوتها. كل ذلك بأسلوب مناسب يجمع مختلف الآراء بتوثيقها وتحليلها بما تيسر ذكره، وفـق قراءة وصفية تحليلية نسأل الله تعالى فيها التوفيق والسداد. This research paper deals with its extension one of the most important issues related to the components of the Algerian identity, which is the Arabic language and describes the miserable situation in which it lived during the period of occupation, and the harassment and persecution it was subjected to as a result of the language policy pursued by France in its dealings with Algerians in the linguistic and cultural field. The policy that imposed on the Arab woman to live strange and humiliated in her country, and among her people, excluded from the living functions that every national language exercises in its environment ,This paper also sought to clarify the position of the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars towards it, which calls for the need to adhere to the Arabic language, and to generalize its use among the Algerian people in various fields, which would return it to its glory and strength. All this in an appropriate manner that brings together the various opinions by documenting and analyzing them in what is easy to mention, according to a descriptive and analytical reading, in which we ask God Almighty to grant success and payment.
