نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية (ohsas 18001) بين التطبيق والمزايا دراسة لبعض المؤشرات لشركة كوندور الكترونيكس

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة لإبراز أهمية تبني شركة كوندور الكترونيكس للمواصفة الخاصة بنظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية OHSAS 18001 وتحقيقها لأهدافها الاجتماعية المتعلقة بالوقاية من حوادث العمل وتعزيز صحة العمال و سلامتهم مستخدما في ذلك بعض المؤشرات، حيث تطرقنا في الجانب النظري لتعريف نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة المهنية والمفاهيم المرتبطة بها، ، المعالجة تمت بطريقة وصفية تحليلية من خلال استغلال مختلف المراجع والاحصائيات المسترجعة من طرف إدارة الشركة في الفترة الممتدة بين 2013-2018، وخلصنا إلى أن حصول شركة كوندور للمواصفة OHSAS 18001 عززت من التحسين المستمر لأداء الصحة و السلامة المهنية لعامليها الذي انعكس على تقليل حوادث العمل و الغيابات الناجمة عنها. The study aims to highlight the importance of Condor Electronics 'adoption of the specification of the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and its achievement of its social objectives related to the prevention of work accidents and the promotion of workers' health and safety using some indicators. The treatment is carried out in a descriptive and analytical manner through the use of various references and statistics retrieved by the company’s management in the period between 2013-2018. The study comes to the conclusion that the adoption of the specification of the OHSAS 18001 reduced work accidents and the consequent absences. Etude vise à Sullinger importance de l'adoption par Condor Electronics de la specification du système de Management de la santé et de la sécurité au travail OHSAS 18001 et sa réalisation de ses objectifs sociaux liés à la prévention des accidents du travail et à la promotion de la santé et de la sécurité des travailleurs indicateurs. Le traitement est effectué de manière descriptive et analytique grâce à l'utilisation de diverses références et statistiques récupérées par la direction de l'entreprise sur la période 2013-2018. L'étude arrive à la conclusion que l'adoption de la specification de l'OHSAS 18001 a réduit les accidents de travail et les absences qui en découlent.
