Résumé
Le présent article désigne l’importance de la qualité de la relation thérapeutique requise; ainsi qu’au mécanisme du transfert, C’est-à-dire en tenant compte de la relation]thérapeute-client[ dans ses aspects psychique et somatiques, Pour que le client puisse achever son Conflit inhibiteur au cours d'une étape de son enfance ou en tant que trait parental. Au-delà de la psychothérapie, le model du processus thérapeutique focalisé sur l’approche centré sur le transfert(P.F.T) selon la théorie d’Otto.F. Kernberg; influence profondément sur le champ de la démarche transférentielle et thérapeutique pour le changement du bien-être psychique de tous les côtés; affectif, cognitif et comportementale. Kernberg; profound influence on the field of the transferential and therapeutic approach for the change of psychic well-being from all sides; emotional, cognitive and behavioral. الملخص: الهدف من هذا المقال هو تحديد أهمية جودة العلاقة العلاجية المطلوبة، بالإضافة إلى ميكانيزم التحويل؛ مع مراعاة العلاقة العلاجية [المعالج/العميل] في جوانبها النفسية والجسدية حتى يستطيع ذلك العميل أن يكمّل صراعه المثبّط خلال مرحلة من طفولته، أو على أنّها تحمل السمات الوالدية. ما وراء العلاج النفسي، نموذج العملية العلاجية المركّزة على التحويل (P.F.T) وفقًا لـنظرية:(أوتو كيرنبورغ)، له تأثير عميق في مجال السيرورة التحويلية والعلاجية لتغيير الرفاهية النفسية من جميع الجوانب؛ الوجدانية والمعرفية والسلوكية.
