الملخص

ان اداء صانع السوق لدوره المنشود في سوق الاوراق المالية والمتمثل بتحقيق التوازن بين العرض والطلب وتوفير السيولة وتقليل المخاطر المالية في السوق والتي تترك انطباعات سلبية على حركة تداول الاوراق المالية في السوق يتطلب الاقرار له بصلاحية اتخاذ جملة من القرارات الكفيلة بأداء دوره المنشود دون افراط او تفريط من خلال وضع ضوابط قانونية تشكل ضوابط لإصدار القرارات وعليه لا بد من بحث تلك القرارات باعتبارها الوسائل التي تمكنه من تحقيق الغاية من وجوده في سوق الاوراق المالية . Abstract: The market maker’s performance of his desired role in the stock market, which is to achieve a balance between supply and demand, provide liquidity and reduce financial risks in the market, which leave negative impressions on the movement of trading securities in the market, requires acknowledgment of the authority to take a number of decisions that guarantee the performance of his desired role without excessive or negligence By setting legal controls that constitute controls for issuing decisions, and it is necessary to discuss those decisions as the means that enable him to achieve the purpose of his presence in the stock market.
