الملخص
تتعدد المحاكم وفقاً لاختصاصها وأنواع القضايا التىِ تنظرها، وتأتىِ على قمة النظام القضائىِ المحكمة الدستورية، باعتبارها هيئة قضائية مستقلة قائمة بذاتها تمارس الرقابة القضائية على دستورية القوانين واللوائح, وتكفل حقوق المواطنين وحرياتهم، ومع انتشار مفهوم حقوق الإنسان على مستوى العالم أصبح لأحكام هذه المحكمة مكانة مرموقة بين مثيلاتها فىِ المنطقة العربية والمحاكم الدستورية الأجنبية. ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية سيتم تناول اختصاصات المحكمة الدستورية فىِ كل من مصر والجزائر. Abstract: Courts vary according to their jurisdiction and the types of cases they judge, at the top of the judicial system comes the Supreme Constitutional Court, as an independent and stand-alone judicial body that exercises judicial control over the constitutionality of laws and regulations, guarantees the rights and freedoms of citizens, and with the widespread concept of human rights worldwide, the rulings of this court have become a prominent position among its counterparts in the Arab region and foreign constitutional courts. Through this research paper, the specialties of the Supreme Constitutional Court in Egypt and Algeria will be dealt with.
