الملخص

ملخص: يسعى هذا الاجتهاد العلمي إلى دراسة أهم التحولات التي عرفتها القضايا الأمنية في جوانبها العلمية والتطبيقية، وذلك من خلال عرض وتفسير أهم التطورات التي عرفتها الأطر المفاهيمية والنظرية المتعلقة بقضايا الأمن والتحولات الفكرية والممارساتية التي ارتبطت بالمسائل الأمنية. وفي هذا السياق، تهتم الدراسة بالتحولات الأساسية التي شملت: مجالات الأمن، مستويات الأمن، الفواعل، الأنواع والأطروحات النظرية. طبيعة الدراسة والهدف منها استوجب كذلك التطرق إلى بعض التحولات التي عرفتها بعض الظواهر والمواضيع الجوهرية في التفاعلات الدولية المعاصرة والتي كانت لديها تداعيات مباشرة على القضايا الأمنية في أبعادها الوطنية والإقليمية والعالمية، وبالخصوص، الحدود والسيادة ومسألة الصراع على المعلومة. علاوة على ما سبق، اهتمت هذه المساهمة الأكاديمية بتقديم بعض التصورات المرتبطة بمستقبل القضايا الأمنية في شقيها، النظري والتطبيقي. Abstract: The aim of this academic contribution is the examination of the most significant shifts that security issues have known in their scientific and practical aspects, by presenting and explaining the major developments in security matters, notably, on the conceptual and theoretical frameworks as well as the intellectual and empirical dimensions. In this context, the current study is concerned with specific key shifts including, the fields of security, levels of security, actors, types and major theoretical schools. The nature and purpose of the study has also required addressing certain shifts associated with fundamental phenomena and topics in contemporary international interactions, which had direct repercussions on the issues of security, in their national, regional and global facets, in particular, borders, sovereignty and the question of struggle for information. In addition to the above, this academic contribution was concerned with presenting certain perceptions related to the future of security issues in both their theoretical and practical sides.
