اهتمامات أمحمد بن رحال بقضايا الجزائريين مسألة التجنيد الاجباري انموذجا M'hamed Ben Rahal’s Concerns On The Problems Of The Algerians The Issue Of Conscription Example

الملخص
عملت السلطات الاستعمارية على تحطيم البنية التحتية للمجتمع الجزائري، مما ولد ردود فعل تمثلت في المقاومات الشعبية، وبفشلها في تحقيق هدفها وجد المجتمع الجزائري نفسه أمام تحدي المحافظة على مقومات الشخصية والوطنية، مما أدى الى بروز مبادرات منظمة بدرجات متفاوتة حملت معها الإشارات الأولى للتعبير السياسي والثقافي ذي النزعة المطلبية مع مطلع القرن العشرين بقيادة نخبة جزائرية مثقفة اهتمت بقضايا الجزائريين حيث قامت بإيصال مطالبهم الى إدارة الاحتلال، ومن بين هذه الشخصيات نذكر سي أمحمد بن رحال الندرومي (1858- 1928) الذي رافع طيلة فترة نضاله من أجل اصلاح أوضاع الجزائريين خاصة في مجال التعليم، محاربة الادماج والتجنيد الاجباري في الجيش الفرنسي.، ومن هنا يمكننا ان نطرح التساؤلات التالية : كيف أثرت الظروف السائدة في الجزائر عامة ومنطقة ندرومة خاصة خلال النصف الثاني في بناء شخصية أمحمد بن رحال؟ وفيما تجلت مظاهر أسلوب المقاومة عن طريق الحوار التي تبناها سي أحمد بن رحال؟ The colonial authorities worked to destroy the infrastructure of the Algerian society, which generated reactions represented in the popular resistance, and by failing to achieve its goal, the Algerian society found itself facing the challenge of preserving the elements of personality and patriotism, which led to the emergence of organized initiatives of varying degrees that carried with them the first signs of political and cultural expression. With a demanding tendency at the beginning of the twentieth 20th century led by an educated Algerian elite that took an interest in the issues of the Algerians, as it conveyed their demands to the occupation administration. Among these personalities, we mention Si M’hamed bin Rahal Al-Nadroumi (1858-1928), who throughout his struggle to reform the conditions of Algerians, especially in the field of education, advocated the fight against integration and forced conscription in the French army. Hence, we can ask the following questions: how did the circumstances affect the situation prevalent in Algeria in general and the Nedroma region in particular during the second half in building the personality of M'hamed bin Rahal? And while the manifestations of the resistance method were manifested through dialogue adopted by Si Ahmed bin Rahal?
