Du Marketing Traditionnel Au Marketing Digital : Substituabilite Ou Complementarite

Résumé : Dans un environnement de plus en plus concurrentiel, le but de toute entreprise serait d’attirer et de fidéliser plus de clients ; cependant, tout entrepreneur se pose de nombreuses questions concernant la gestion de son entreprise notamment sur la meilleure stratégie marketing à adopter. Entre marketing traditionnel et marketing digital, le choix s’avère très difficile néanmoins Internet est aujourd’hui considéré comme le plus grand réseau informatique sur notre planète, il sert tout individu possédant un ordinateur, un smartphone ou autre outil informatique, et permet l’interconnexion entre plusieurs personne morales ou physique ce qui permet une interaction facile entre entreprise et clients fidèles ou potentiels que l’on nomme en marketing digital relation bidirectionnelle permettant à l’entreprise d’apporter des ajustements tout au long de sa campagne de communication en fonction des choix des clients contrairement aux techniques du marketing traditionnel qui ont un ciblage moins pointilleux dont la stratégie est d’interpeler n’importe quel client impliquant un marketing de masse, couteux et intrusif poussé vers le client en espérant d’atteindre un maximum ignorant l’avis de ces derniers , ce qui fait que le marketing traditionnel est de moins en moins utilisé comparé au marketing digital adapté au monde actuel connecté. Summary: In an increasingly competitive environment, the goal of any company would be to attract and retain more customers; however, any entrepreneur asks himself many questions regarding the management of his company, especially on the best marketing strategy to adopt. Between traditional marketing and digital marketing, the choice proves to be very difficult. Nevertheless, the Internet is now considered as the largest computer network on our planet, it serves any individual owning a computer, a smartphone or any other computer tool, and allows the interconnection between several legal or physical persons which allows an easy interaction between company and faithful or potential customers that we name in digital marketing bidirectional relation allowing the company to bring adjustments throughout its communication campaign according to the choices of the customers contrary to the techniques of the traditional marketing which have a less sharp targeting whose strategy is to call any customer implying a mass marketing, This is why traditional marketing is less and less used compared to digital marketing adapted to the current connected world
