دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة بالسعودية والإمارات مع الإشارة لحالة الجزائر

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور منصات التمويل الجماعي في تمويل المشاريع الناشئة، بالتركيز على النماذج الرائدة بكل من السعودية والإمارات، وتم الإشارة إلى حالة الجزائر ضمن هذا السياق، كما تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بعدّه منهجا مناسبا للإجابة عن إشكالية الدّراسة، معتمدين على بعض الإحصائيات والتقارير التي تخدم الموضوع. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن منصات التمویل الجماعي الرائدة في السعودية والإمارات قد ساهمت في رفد العدید من المبادرات التي تم استعراضها والمتعلقة بتمويل المشاريع الناشئة، كما أنه يوجد دور مهم وأساسي للتطبیقات الحديثة لمنصات التمویل الجماعي لدعم وتمويل المشروعات الناشئة في الدولتان، أما بخصوص منصات التمويل الجماعي بالجزائر فهي لازالت تفتقر إلى الفعالية والتطور في أدائها بسبب غياب الإطار التشريعي والتنظيمي لطريقة التمويل الجماعي في البلاد. This study aims to highlight the role of crowdfunding platforms in financing emerging projects, focusing on the pioneering models in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, where, in this context, the case of Algeria was mentioned. The descriptive-analytical method is used as an appropriate method to answer the problematic of the study, relying on some statistics and reports that serve the subject. The study found that the leading crowdfunding platforms in Saudi Arabia and the UAE have contributed to many of the reviewed initiatives related to financing start-ups. In addition, there is an important and essential role for the modern applications of crowdfunding platforms in supporting and financing emerging projects in the two countries.
