دراسة سوسيوقانونية لمهام الشرطة العلمية في التحقيقات الجنائية

الملخص
يُعتبر الحد من مستويات الجريمة من بين أهم التحديات، التي يسعى كل المتدخلين في الحياة الاجتماعية تحقيقه، من خلال مقاربات علمية مختلفة الاتجاهات كالمقاربة الأمنية، والتي تتم عبر مؤسسات الضبط الاجتماعي، ومن بينها نجد مؤسسة الشرطة. في هذا السياق جاءت هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مهام فرق الشرطة العلمية والتقنية في التحقيقات الجنائية، بدءً من مسرح الجريمة والطريقة التي يتم استخدامها للكشف عن الأدلة، التي من شأنها تحديد هوية المجرمين، مع مراعاة خصوصية الفعل المجرم ومكان ارتكابه، وكذا الآثار التي يتم اكتشافها، والتي تحدد الطريقة التي يتم استغلالها لفائدة التحقيق والمحاكمة. Abstract : Reducing crime levels is among the most important challenges that all those involved in social life seek to achieve, through scientific approaches of various directions, such as the security approach, which is carried out through institutions of social control, among which we find the police institution. In this context, this study came to identify the tasks of the scientific and technical police teams in criminal investigations, starting with the crime scene and the method that is used to reveal evidence, which would determine the identity of criminals, taking into account the specificity of the criminal act and the place of its commission, as well as the traces that are discovered, Which determines the method that is used for the benefit of the investigation and trial.
