الملخص
تتسم أهداف التنمية المستدامة باتساع نطاقها وتغطيتها لمعظم عناصر السياسة العامة وتقديم الخدمات العامة، بد ء من الرعاية الصحية وصولا إلى التعليم وحماية البيئة فضلا عن الجوانب المؤسسية والحوكمة، وعلى هدا الأساس فقد حاولنا من خلال هده الورقة البحثية مراجعة الأداء تقديم تقييمات موضوعية بشأن مستوى تقديم الخدمات الصحية الرئيسة ونتائج السياسات المتعلقة بتنفيذ أهداف التنمية المستدامة على مستوى الجزائر. ودلك خلال الفترة الممتدة 2000-2017. وقد خلصت الدراسة الجزائر قد أُحرِزت على مدار العِقدَين السابقَين تقدمًا في تغطية خدمات الرعاية الصحية ونوعيتها، ودلك من خلال تحسن المؤشرات بانتظام وانخفاض حالات الأمراض المعدية. كما توصلت الدراسة من خلال جانبها التحليلي والقياسي أن القطاع الصحي بالجزائر لا يحتاج إلى موارد إضافية بقدر ما يحتاج إلي حسن في ترشيد وتسير هذه الموارد وذلك من أجل ضمان خدمات صحية ذات جودة وفعالية لجميع الأفراد. Abstract: The sustainable development goals are characterized by their broad scope and coverage of most elements of public policy and the provision of public services, from health care to education and environmental protection, as well as institutional and governance aspects, and on this basis we have tried, through this research paper, to review performance to provide objective assessments on the level of service delivery Main health and policy outcomes related to the implementation of the sustainable development goals at the level of Algeria. This was done during the period 2000-2017. The study concluded that Algeria has made progress over the past two decades in the coverage and quality of health care services, through regular improvement in indicators and a decrease in the incidence of infectious diseases. The study also recommends that through its analytical and measurement aspect, the health sector in Algeria does not need additional resources as much as it needs good in rationalizing and managing these resources in order to ensure quality and effective health services for all individuals.
