الملخص

Reproductive health receives some attention in international human rights covenants and international conferences related to women or health, especially in aspects related to family planning services, pre- and post-natal care, emergency obstetric services, and the right to obtain health information, given that Due to technological developments and climate changes, which expose their reproductive health to many dangers, which requires states to enhance their reproductive health by prohibiting all practices that may lose their enjoyment of this right.
