دور التحفيزات الجبائية في دعم المقاولاتية

الملخص
تعتبر المؤسسة الاقتصادية منظمة لها استقلاليتها في اتخاذ قراراتها الهامة سواء كانت مالية او مادية تتعلق بالموارد البشرية ، فهي تنظيم اقتصادي هدفه دمج عوامل الإنتاج من اجل إنتاج السلع والخدمات او خلق ثروة مع الأعوان الاقتصاديين يرتبط مفهوم المؤسسة بمصطلح المقاولاتية وتطوير مشاريع وتشجيع إقامتها ،فنجاح هذه الأخيرة يرتبط بإيجاد مصادر وموارد مالية كافية لتمويلها وتوفير مناخ ملائم لها ولتحسين مناخ استثماري ودعم المقاولاتية يجب تبني سياسة تحفيزات جبائية ومالية مع سن قوانين وتشريعات تتعلق بالتخفيضات أو إعفاءات مما يترك الباب مفتوح آما الشباب الراغب في الاستثمار وإنشاء مقاولة خاصة بهم وتجسيد أفكارهم وابتكارهم وابدعاتهم على ارض الواقع An economic institution is an organization that has its independence in making important decisions, whether financial or material related to human resources. It is an economic organization whose goal is to integrate production factors in order to produce goods and services or create wealth with economic agents. The concept of the institution is related to the term entrepreneurship, developing projects and encouraging its establishment. The success of the latter is linked to finding sufficient financial resources and resources to finance it and provide an appropriate climate for it. To improve the investment climate and support entrepreneurship, a policy of fiscal and financial incentives must be adopted with the enactment of laws and legislation related to reductions or exemptions, which leaves the door open for the willing youth. In investing and establishing their own company and embodying their ideas, innovation and creativity on the ground
