Abstract
The interest in the subject matter of business ethics has grown dramatically over the past two decades. Business managers, academicians, and the general public have come to appreciate in new ways the importance of the relationship between economic excellence and ethical judgement. In management accounting, ethics assures internal and external business stakeholders that financial information is accurate and valid, so we. Management accountants are at the forefront of a company’s financial operations. So, this paper is trying to highlight the standards of ethical conduct for practitioners of management accounting and financial management.
