واقع وأفــاق التحول الرقمي لدى المصــارف الإسلامية: دراسة حالة مصرف البلاد السعودي

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم واقع وأفاق التحول الرقمي لدى المصارف الإسلامي بالتطبيق على مصرف البلاد السعودي، حيث تم التطرق إلى أبرز المفاهيم المرتبطة بكل من التحول الرقمية والمصارف الإسلامية بالإضافة إلى دراسة حالة مصرف البلاد السعودي وذلك بالاعتماد على تقرير مجلس إدارة مصرف البلاد السعودي لسنة 2020. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: إيلاء مصرف البلاد أهمية بالغة للتحول الرقمي ضمن إستراتجيته حيث يسعى لأن يصبح المصرف الرقمي الرائد في الابتكار، تمكن المصرف من تحقيق عدة إنجازات لعل من أبرزها أنه أول مصرف في المملكة والخليج يطرح خدمة فتح الحسابات الجارية لعملاء المؤسسات والشركات الفردية رقمياً، كما حصد المصرف عدة جوائز نظير جهوده على الصعيد الرقمي من كجائزة أفضل مصرف رقمي لعام 2018، بالإضافة إلى جائزة أفضل منتج رقمي عام 2019. This study aimed to assess the reality and prospects of digital transformation in Islamic banks by applying to the Saudi Albilad Bank, where the most prominent concepts related to both digital transformation and Islamic banks were addressed, in addition to a case study of the Saudi Bank, based on the report of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Bank for the year 2020. The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: Bank Albilad attaches great importance to digital transformation within its strategy, as it seeks to become the leading digital bank in innovation The bank has been able to achieve several achievements, perhaps the most prominent of which is that it is the first bank in the Kingdom and the Gulf to offer the service of digitally opening current accounts for institutional and individual clients, the bank won several awards for its efforts on the digital front, such as the award for the best digital bank for the year 2018, in addition to the award for the best digital product in 2019.
