الملخص
ملخص: تعرضت الجزائر خلال الفترة الاستعمارية إلى العديد من الأزمات الاجتماعية التي مست بالدرجة الأولى الإنسان الجزائري، أو ما كان يعرف في الأدبيات الاستعمارية بالأهالي، من أخطر هذه الأزمات المجاعة التي ضربت الجزائر فيما بين 1866-1868، والتي كان لها نتائج وتداعيات وخيمة على المجتمع الجزائري. تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استعراض أحداث وتطورات وتداعيات هذه الأزمة من خلال إحدى الصحف الاستعمارية وهي جريدة "المبشر" الناطقة باسم الإدارة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على مجموعة من التساؤلات: - كيف عالجت هذه الجريدة أحداث وتطورات هذه الأزمة؟ - كيف كان موقفها بشأن أسباب، وهل الإدارة الاستعمارية مسؤولية في حدوثها، أم أنها بريئة من ذلك، وأن أسبابها كانت طبيعية محضة؟ Abstract : Algeria was exposed during the colonial period to many social crises that primarily affected the Algerian people, or what was known in the colonial literature as the people, among the most dangerous of these crises was the famine that struck Algeria from 1866 to 1868, which had disastrous consequences and repercussions on Algerian society. This study seeks to review the events, developments, and repercussions of this crisis through one of the colonial newspapers, named "Al-Mabshar", which speaks for the French colonial administration in Algeria, by answering a set of questions: -How did this newspaper handle the events and developments of this crisis? - How was its position on the causes, and was the colonial administration responsible for their occurrence, or was it innocent of that, and that its causes were natural and forbidding?
