الملخص
تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في هل يوجد دور للحكومة الالكترونية المتمثلة ب )سرعة الخدمة ، ثقافة المنظمة, البنية التحتية( في تبسيط إجراءات العمل في دائرة التخطيط والمتابعة ، هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور للحكومة الالكترونية في تبسيط إجراءات العمل في دائرة التخطيط والمتابعة فرع صلاح الدين ، توصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك دور للحكومة الالكترونية المتمثلة ب )سرعة الخدمة , ثقافة المنظمة , البنية التحتية( في تبسيط إجراءات العمل في دائرة التخطيط والمتابعة The problem of the study was whether there is a role for e-government represented by (service speed, organization culture, infrastructure) in simplifying work procedures in the Planning and Follow-up Department. The study concluded that there is a role for e-government represented by (speed of service, organization culture, infrastructure) in simplifying work procedures in the Planning and Follow-up Department, attracting distinguished human competencies in the field of e-government from trainers,of Planning La problématique de l'étude était de savoir s'il y a un rôle pour l'e-gouvernement représenté par (rapidité de service, culture d'organisation, infrastructure) dans la simplification des procédures de travail au sein du service Planification et Suivi. L'étude a conclu qu'il y a un rôle pour l'e-gouvernement représenté par (rapidité du service, culture d'organisation, infrastructure) dans la simplification des procédures de travail dans le département de planification et de suivi, attirant des compétences humaines distinguées dans le domaine de l'e-gouvernement des formateurs
