الملخص
إن جنوح الأحداث من أخطر الظواهر التي قد تصيب المجتمعات، الأمر الذي أولى به المشرع العماني الأهمية الكافية للتقليل من هذه الظاهرة، وسن قانون خاص بمساءلة الأحداث للتعامل معهم وفق أسس علمية سليمة، وقد توصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها تنوع الضمانات التي قررها المشرع العماني أثناء مرحلة الاستدلال ومرحلة التحقيق الابتدائي، حيث جمع ما بين الضمانات المقررة للمتهمين البالغين، والضمانات الخاصة بالأحداث بما يتفق مع السياسة الجنائية الحديثة. As he combined the guarantees established for adult accused persons, and the guarantees for juveniles in line with the modern criminal policy.
