الملخص
تأثرت العمارة المدنية في الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية بالطراز المعماري العثماني، حيث أدخلت على مخططاتها العديد من الطرز والعناصر المعمارية الجديدة التي لم لكن معروفة من قبل، وقد وظفها المعماري الجزائري في منشآته لكونها تتوافق مع الحدود الشرعية والتقاليد والأعراف المحلية، كما شملت كل مناحي الحياة من توفر الشروط السياسية والاجتماعية والصحية والاقتصادية والثقافية، وقد تطرق الأستاذ لعرج عبد العزيز رحمه الله في عدة أبحاث لهذه الطرز والمخططات خاصة منها الدينية والمدنية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بالمباني المدنية بمدينة معسكر، وبطرزها المعمارية والفنية بمقارنتها بمنشآت الجزائر خلال الفترة العثمانية، حيث توصلنا في الأخير إلى تشابه المباني المدنية بمعسكر في طرزها المعمارية أنماطها الفنية مع مثيلاتها في الجزائر.
