الملخص
تكتسي الوثائق الأرشيفية أهمية خاصة في الدراسات التاريخية، هذا ما أجبر الباحثين إلى الاهتمام المتواصل بها حفظا وبحثا وتحقيقا، في اطار هذا المنظور شكلت ملفات الوثائق العثمانية التي تتوفر عليها المكتبة الوطنية بالحامة – الجزائر العاصمة- إحدى المصادر التاريخية المهمة التي أرخت للجزائر العثمانية، إذ مثلت ذلك الوعاء المعلوماتي الذي زود الباحثين بمعلومات دقيقة وواضحة عن جوانب متعددة سواء كانت سياسية أو عسكرية، اقتصادية أو اجتماعية. من هنا وجب علينا البحث في مضمونها ودراسة خصائصها الفنية والعناية بها لاعادة بناء مدرسة تاريخية جزائرية خاصة في الحقبة الحديثة. من هذا المنطلق يروم هذا المقال تقديم دراسة نقدية وفنية لنموذج من ملفات الوثائق العثمانية الحامل لرقم 1642، وذلك من خلال تفكيك وتشريح عناصرها، بالتركيز على قيمتها الدلالية والفنية. وبما أن كل بحث يحاول من خلاله الباحث التأسيس لفكرة ينطلق من خلالها حتى تتبلور لتصبح دراسة قائمة بذاتها، فكان لابد له أيضا أن ينطلق من اشكالية تكون الأساس للبحث بحيث اعتمدنا في معالجة موضوعنا هذا على إشكالية عامة تمثلت فيما يلي: إلى أي حد استطاعت الوثائق قيد الدراسة التعريف بالخصائص اللغوية والفنية التي كانت تتميز بها ملفات الوثائق العثمانية؟ The archival documents are of special importance in historical study, which is what forced researchers to take care of them by preserving them and trying to research their content. From this point of view, the Ottoman documents files that are available to the National Library in Hama - Algiers - were one of the important sources in the history of Ottoman Algeria, as they represented That information balance that provided researchers with accurate and clear information on various aspects, whether political, military, economic or social. From here, we must research its content, study its technical characteristics, and take care of it in order to rebuild an Algerian historical school, especially in the modern era. From this point of view, this article aims to present a critical and artistic study of a model of the Ottoman documents files bearing No. 1642, by deconstructing their elements, focusing on their semantic and artistic value.
