حماية الأمن الوطني للدولة في ضوء أحكام التجنس بجنسيتها

الملخص
يعتبر التجنس الباب المفتوح ولكن الضيق لمن يتبدل ولاؤه ويقبل على تغيير انتمائه لدولة أخرى ممّا يثير لدى الدولة المستقبلة هواجس ومخاوف تستدعي سنّها لمجموعة من الشروط تنشد من خلالها الوثوق والاطمئنان تجاه الأجنبي الذي يطلب جنسيتها ومن ثم الحفاظ على أمنها الوطني، وذلك ما كرّسه المشرع الجزائري في المادتين 10 و11 من قانون الجنسية من خلال وضعه لشروط تهدف لتحقيق تلك المرامي والغايات. Naturalization or access to citizenship is an open but narrow door for someone who changes his loyalty and accepts to change his affiliation with another country. This, definitely, causes fears in the receiving country. The thing that calls for the enactment of a set of laws through which one can ensure trust and confidence towards the foreigner who requests the nationality and at the same time, one can preserve the national security. This is the reason why the Algerian legislator has established through the Articles 10 and 11 of the Nationality Law a set of conditions that aim at achieving those goals and objectives.
