الملخص

ملخص: يناقش هذا المقال دور القيادة الإدارية في دعم نموذج إدارة المعرفة في المؤسسة، حيث تعد إدارة المعرفة من بين المفاهيم الحديثة ذات الاثر الفعال على نجاح المؤسسات. نجاح المؤسسات مربوط بقدرة القيادة الإدارية على توجيه الموظفين، ووضع الخطط الاستراتيجية وتحقيق اهداف المؤسسة. Abstract : This article discusses the role of administrative leadership in supporting the knowledge management model in the organization, as knowledge management is among the modern concepts that have an effective impact on the success of institutions. The success of organizations is linked to the ability of the administrative leadership to direct employees, develop strategic plans and achieve the goals of the institution.
