الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إبراز دور العلاقات العامة في النهوض بالإدارة المحلية الجزائرية باعتبارها اهم إدارة جوارية للمواطن المحلي فهي السلطة المقررة والمسيرة على المستويات المحلية وتعتبر الخلية الأساس التي تربط المواطن بالدولة، لذلك تنبع أهداف المقال من خلال معاينة الدور المحوري الذي تمارسه العلاقات العامة على الإدارة المحلية الجزائرية وصيغ تسييرها في ظل المحددات الداخلية والخارجية ضمن هذا العالم المعولم، وكذا كيفية الاعتماد على العلاقات العامة في الإدارة المحلية كميكانزم يعمق أسلوب الإدارة الجوارية للاستجابة لمطالب ومتطلبات المجتمع المختلفة.
