المستعمِر والمستعمَر، من الجدلية إلى المناجاة.. في مقاربة "محمّد أركون" - الإجراءات المنهجية والتحويلات القيمية –

الملخص
هذا المقال يحاول أن يُعرِّف بطرح جديد حول موضوع قديم هو علاقة كلٍّ من المستعمَر والمستعمِر، وفق مقترح يتقدم به مفكر حديث هو "محمد أركون"، يعرض في طرحه هذا رؤيته وصياغته لنمط جديد من العلاقة تنتقل من الصراع أو التدافع إلى المناجاة والتعاون، للحد الذي سيعيدان فيه سويا كتابة تاريخهما! ولا يُعنى المقال بالحكم عليها ولا على إمكانها بقدر ما يريد الإضاءة على كونها محاولة فكرية تقويضية للمتعارف عليه البشري الفطري في الرؤية والحكم. وفي المقال قراءة لصياغته تصلها بخلفياتها وتتناولها وسط ظروف إنشائها وفي معية الجهود الفكرية الأكاديمية المؤيدة والموازية وذات المطالب المطابقة لها، والقصد إعادة النظر أو تحقيقه في مسألة اعتبار عينة من الشروط في العمل الفكري والتاريخي، أو في مسألة تحلل الفكر من الشروط، حتى الفطرية منها، أو ربما كان الأمر يتعلق بإعادة الاصطلاح والتعارف على شروط جديدة غير مألوفة يكون المفكر "أركون" بصدد تقريرها. كما يتضمن المقال محاولة جزئية أخرى للاقتراب من مستوى بنية القيمة أو الفكرة، الذي يجري فيه التغيير والتبديل ومن كيفيته. فلعل ذلك أن يكون إسهاما في مناقشة طفرات المناهج وحديث المقترحات الفكرية الخاصة من أجل الإبقاء على قدر من التواصل البشري والقيمي، ولو من خلال النقد، لتقريب طرفي الهوة، ومحاولة بعثٍ ولو للمشترك الفطري الإنساني في التعريف والحكم... summary: The colonized and the colonizer in the approach of Mohammed Arkoun: From the dispute to the confidence This article attempts to make known a new presentation of an old theme of the relation colonized/colonizer according to a proposal of a modern thinker Mohammed Arkoun. The latter exposes in his presentation his vision and his formulation of a new kind of relation that goes from the antagonism and struggle to the confidence and cooperation in the point to rewrite their history together! This article is not interested to judge this relation or to consider its possibility as it tries to enlighten as an attempt to annihilating human thought instinctive collective values of the perception and the judgment. We find in this article also a reading formulation of Arkoun that connects it to its origins and treats it in its generating circumstances with efforts to encouraging academic thinking, parallel and identical claims. The purpose of this article is to review and study the problem of considering a sample of working conditions in the historical thought, or perhaps it is to establish new values out of the ordinary that Arkoun is underway to define and decide. This article attempts partially to approach the level of the structure of the value and the idea in which comes true the transformation and its way. This could be a contribution to the discussion of perverse methods and proposed new visions to preserve a semblance of relations and human values, even by critics, to bring the edges of the abyss and try to revive a minimum mutual human instinct in the definition and judgment...
