ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن واقع تنمية مهارات مديري المؤسسات التربوية في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي والاستبيان وعدة أدوات احصائية وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى أنه توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة احصائية بين كل من ممارسة مدير المؤسسة لمهارات صياغة مشروع المؤسسة وتحليل البيئة الداخلية وتحليل البيئة الخارجية و التخطيط الاستراتيجي. تصنيفات JEL :J24, O15 Abstract: This study aimed to reveal the facts of developing the skills of directors of educational institutions skills in the field of strategic planning, and the analytical and questionnaire approach and several statistical tools have been used, and the current study reached the following results: There is a correlation with statistical significance between the institution’s director’s practice of the skills of formulating the Foundation’s project , analyzing the internal environment, analyzing the external environment and strategic planning.
