الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل و تسليط الضوء على الأهمية التي تشكلها الكابلات البحرية في حركة الاتصالات و نقل البيانات الدولية ،إذ تعتبر احد أصول رأس المال التكنولوجي فبعد زيادة تعدداهم عبر العالم أصبح من الواضح أن هذا النوع من البنى التحتية يعتبر محفز قوي للنمو الاقتصادي للحكومات و المؤسسات بمختلف مهامها و هذا من اجل اللحاق بركب العولمة و تحقيق التكامل الاقتصادي عن طريق تقوية الارتباط بشبكات الاتصال العالمية ، وقد خلصنا إلى مفهوم أوسع للكابلات البحرية عبر التطرق إلى اقتصاد المعرفة و وضعية الانترنت للبحث في مدى مساهمتها في الاقتصاد العالمي. و في الأخير تناولنا جملة من الاقتراحات التي نراها مناسبة و لتشجيع هذا النوع من الاستثمار من اجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر وكل دول العالم. Abstract:This study aims to analyze and shed light on the importance posed by submarine cables in international communications and data transmission, as it is considered one of the assets of technological capital. Institutions with their various tasks and this is in order to catch up with globalization and achieve economic integration by strengthening the link with global communication networks. We have concluded a broader concept of submarine cables by addressing the knowledge economy and the situation of the Internet to examine the extent of their contribution to the global economy. Finally, we discussed a number of suggestions that we consider appropriate to encourage this type of investment in order to achieve sustainable development in Algeria and all countries of the world.
