Abstract
The present study aims to identify the role of the judicial system in the fight against corruption crimes in the Algerian legislation, with new mechanisms that the legislator has created that are compatible with the progress that have touched various fields, especially since this crime is witnessing a perceptible and alarming spread at the international and national levels. This study was mainly based on analytical approach to analyze the various legal texts related to this matter. La présente étude vise à identifier le rôle du système judiciaire dans la lutte contre les crimes de corruption dans la législation algérienne, avec les nouveaux mécanismes que le législateur a créés qui sont compatibles avec les progrès qui ont touché divers domaines, d'autant plus que ce délit connaît une perceptible et alarmante propagation aux niveaux international et national. Cette étude s'est principalement appuyée sur une approche analytique pour analyser les différents textes juridiques à cet effet.
