الممارسات الثقافية والاجتماعية بين الثقافة الشعبية والثقافة العالمة Cultural And Social Practices Between Popular Culture And Scholarly Culture

الملخص
يقوم أصل الثقافة على تجارب وخبرات الإنسان المتراكمة في الحقول كافة، فلكلّ اجتماع أو مجموعة بشرية مواصفات خاصّة بها، سواء على مستوى اللسان أو الدّين أو طريقة الدفن، تجعله الرابط بين أفراد هذه الجماعة، لكن توجّه الثقافة يتّخذ في الحياة العملية إمّا منحى الثقافة المعروفة بالشعبية وإما ثقافة أهل العلم والعلماء، فتسمى الثقافة العالمة. فالثقافة الشعبية هي ثقافة عامة الناس، المنتشرة على جميع المستويات الاجتماعية والتي تطال حقول الحياة اليومية كافة من لباس وأكل وسلوكيات تجسّد لرموز ذات مرجعيات دينية كانت أم تاريخية، أمّا الثقافة العالمة فهي تلك الثقافة التي انطلقت في الأساس من عناصر الثقافة الشعبية لتتخصّص فيما بعد، وتجعل من حقلها حقلا خاصا بالعلماء أو النّخبة المتعلّمة، المبدعة لإثبات هذا الحضور الروحي والمادي، والاتّجاه نحو رؤية جديدة تكون نقطة انطلاق لتأكيد الهوية الثقافية مع المساهمة في التنمية الثقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية، حتى تكوّن لنفسها تراثا تتوارثه الأجيال عبر علاقة الحاضر بالماضي لبناء المستقبل . The origin of culture is based on human experiences and accumulated experiences in all fields, each meeting or human group has its own specifications, whether at the level of tongue, religion or burial method, making it the link between members of this group, but the orientation of culture in practical life takes either the direction of culture known as popular or the culture of scientists and scholars, so it is called scholarly culture. In fact, popular culture is the culture of the general public, spread at all social levels and affecting all fields of daily life such as clothing, food and behaviors that reflect symbols with religious or historical references. As for the scholarly culture, it is that culture that was launched primarily from the elements of popular culture to specialize later, and to make its field a special field for scholars educated or creative elite, to prove this spiritual and material presence, and the trend towards a new vision that will be a starting point for affirming cultural identity while contributing to cultural, social and economic development, so that it has a heritage that generations pass on through the present's relationship with the past to build the future.
