الملخص
تحاول هذه الورقة تسليط الضّوء على إشكالات صون التّراث الثّقافي اللاّمادي المتّصل بالنّخلة في تونس، في ضوء تعهّدات الدّولة التّونسية المضمّنة في ملفّيْ "النّخلة: المعارف والمهارات والتّقاليد والممارسات" و"الصّيد بالشّرفية بجزر قرقنة" المسجّليْن على القائمة التّمثيلية للتّراث الثّقافي اللاّمادي للإنسانية. وكذلك من خلال التّحدّيات الوجودية التي تواجه منظوماتها الواحية، وما يمكن أن يترتّب عليها من مخاطر. كما يقدّم المقال محاولة لرسم الملامح العامّة لصون التّراث اللاّمادي المتمحور حول النّخلة بالبلاد التونسية. This article attempts to shed light on the problems of safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage linked to the palm tree, after the commitments of the Tunisian State included in the two folders: "The palm tree: knowledge, know-how, traditions and practices" and "Sharfia fishing in Kerkennah Islands" which are inscribed on the culturally representative list of intangible women on the cultural list. Existentialism in the face of its oases. It also presents an attempt to draw the general characteristics of the preservation of intangible heritage centered around the palm tree. As well as through the existential challenges facing its oasis systems. It also presents a general policy to save the intangible heritage related with the palm tree.
