ملخص: لعرض عينة من واقع الإعلام الإلكتروني في الجزائر، ولتقييم مدى مواكبة المشرع الجزائري لخصوصيات النشاط؛ تدرّجنا من الإطار المفاهيمي للموضوع إلى عرض أهم إفرازاته، ثم إلى موقعه ضمن منظومة التشريع الدولي والوطني، لنتوّج دراستنا بعرض تجربة جريدة إلكترونية محلية، ذات صيت عربي ودولي بشهادة مراكز إحصاء وهيئات دولية متخصصة، تلك الموزعة عبر الموقع الإلكتروني "الجلفة إنفو"، الذي تمكن إلى حد كبير من وضع انشغالات الساكنة على أجندة صناع القرار المحلي والمركزي. Abstract: To present a sample of the reality of electronic media in Algeria, and to assess the extent to which the Algerian legislature keeps pace with the specifics of the activity; We graduated from the conceptual framework of the topic to presenting its most important findings, then to its position within the system of international and national legislation, to culminate our study by presenting the experience of a local electronic newspaper of Arab and international reputation with the testimony of statistical centers and specialized international bodies, distributed through the website "Djelfa Info", which enables To a large extent, the preoccupations of the population were placed on the agenda of local and central decision-makers.
