مقاربة أمنية في التصدي للهجمات الإرهابية البيولوجية

الملخص
ملخص: مع زيادة معدلات انتشار فيروس كورونا تزايدت التخوفات من أن تقوم الجماعات الإرهابية بتجنيد أو بالأحرى توجيه المقتنعين بأفكارها من المصابين المؤكدين أو المحتملين بفيروس كورونا لنشر الإصابة بهذا الفيروس القاتل بين الفئات المستهدفة من قبلها كقوات الأمن مثلا. ولا يهدف الإرهاب البيولوجي إلى وقوع إصابات جماعية فحسب، لكن يهدف أيضا إلى خلق خلل اجتماعي وسياسي، ومن ثم فإن الاستعداد هو أقوى دفاع ممكن ضد الانتشار الطبيعي للأوبئة أو هجمات الإرهاب البيولوجي المحتملة، وهناك صعوبات التي يواجهها المجتمع الدولي في مكافحته للإرهاب، يضاف إليها انتشار فيروس كورونا ما يجعل من الصعوبة بمكان مواجهة أي عمل إرهابي مهما كان بسيطا، لذا يستوجب الأمر وضع استراتيجية عالمية تسعى لتحقيق الأمن البيولوجي. Abstract: With the increase in the prevalence of corona virus, fears increased that terrorist groups recruited or rather direct those who are convinced of their ideas from confirmed or potential infected with corona virus to spread infection with this deadly virus among the groups targeted by it, such as the security forces. And bioterrorism aims not only to cause mass casualties, but also aims to create a social and political imbalance, so preparedness is the strongest possible defense against the natural spread of epidemics or potential biological terror attacks, and there are difficulties that the international community faces in its fight against terrorism, to which is added the spread Corona virus makes it difficult to confront any terrorist act, no matter how simple, so it is necessary to develop a global strategy that seeks to achieve biological security.
