Résumé: Le repas est un besoin physiologique, préparé à des moments précis de la journée, pour répondre à une faim qu’il faut calmer, que ça soit à la maison, ou ailleurs. Cependant, ce moment irrégulier de prise du repas dans le temps et le lieux, prend un tout autre rythme et une sacrée symbolique de communion et de partage prendant le mois de ramadhan. Cette pratique cultuelle et anthropologique sera articulée dans la présente etude sous forme d’objet d’étude en SIC pour analyser les différents processus communicationnels avant et pendant la prise du repas principal durant le mois sacré de Ramadhan, tout en s’inscrivant dans une approche sémio- contextuelle. Mots clés: repas, sémiologie, commensalité, communication verbale, communication non verbale Abstract: The meal is a physiological need, prepared at specific times of the day, to meet a hunger that must be appeased, whether at home or elsewhere. However, this irregular moment of taking the meal in time and place, takes on a completely different rhythm and a sacred symbolism of communion and sharing during the month of Ramadan. These religious and anthropological practices will be articulated in the present study in the form of an object of study in information and communication science’s to analyze the communication processes before and during the taking of the main meal during the holy month of Ramadhan, while being part of an approach semio-contextual.
