تفعيل الاتصال لتحقيق مبدأ الوقاية من المخاطر البيئية ضرورة حتمية لإنجاح السياسة التوعوية

الملخص
تمثل المخاطر البيئية تهديدا مدمرا بالنسبة لاستقرار الحياة بشكل عام، و يتجلى ذلك من خلال آثارها التي تكون غالبا أقل ما يقال عنها أنها كارثية، يجد القائمون على إدارتها أنفسهم أمام كم هائل من التحديات و الصعوبات اللامتناهية، في سبيل تحقيق الأمن و السلامة البيئيين، و هنا وجب رسم خطط استراتيجية قادرة على بلوغ الأهداف المسطرة عبر مراحل تسيير الخطر، و هنا وجب رسم خطط إستراتيجية قادرة على بلوغ الأهداف المسطرة عبر مراحل تسيير الخطر، و لا يمكن لهذه الأخيرة التحقق في غياب اتصال فعال وواضح و سليم، يراعي الفروق الجوهرية للجماهير المستهدفة، يأخذ يعين الاعتبار الوقت المناسب للإبلاغ عن الخطر، و يهتم بتقديم المستجدات و البيانات المتعلقة بالخطر أو الأزمة، كما يقدم أهم التوصيات و التعليمات الواجب اتباعها قبل، أثناء، و بعد وقوع الخطر عن طرق وسائط اتصالية ذات المصداقية العامة، فالاتصال الخاص بالأخطار هو الحلقة الأساسية و المفتاح لجميع العمليات التي تحمل على عاتقها تحقيق مبدأ الوقاية من المخاطر البيئية. Environmental hazards represent a devastating threat to the stability of life in general, and this is evidenced by their effects, which are often the least often said of them as catastrophic. Draw strategic plans capable of achieving established goals through the stages of risk management, and the latter cannot be verified in the absence of effective, clear and sound communication, takes into account the essential differences of the target audiences, takes into account the appropriate time to report the risk, and is concerned with providing developments and data related to the risk Or crisis ,It also provides the most important recommendations and instructions that must be followed before, during, and after the occurrence of the risk by means of publicly credible communication media. Hazard communication is the essential link and the key to all operations that carry on with it the achievement of the principle of prevention of environmental risks.
