مبادرة الحزام والطريق في إفريقيا: التحديات والرهانات

الملخص

الحزام والطريق مبادرة تنموية عابرة للقارات تسعى لتعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتبادل التجاري بين مختلف مناطق العالم، وتحظى إفريقيا بمكانة هامة ضمنها، ولهذا تسعى الدراسة للبحث في واقع المبادرة، من خلال تحديد دوافع وأهداف إشراك الصين لإفريقيا، مع حصر مجموعة التحديات التي تواجه المبادرة والرهانات الممكنة لإنجاحها. خلصت الدراسة الى أنه رغم التحديات، إلا أن المبادرة أصبحت إطارا لتلاقي المنافع المشتركة حيث تسمح للصين بتوسيع قواعدها الاستثمارية، وتقدم لإفريقيا فرصة لتحقيق التنمية، وهذا يفرض على الصين والدول الإفريقية مواجهة هذه التحديات من أجل نجاح واستمرار المبادرة. The Belt and Road is a transcontinental development initiative that seeks to enhance economic cooperation and trade exchange between different regions of the world, and Africa enjoys an important place within it. For this reason, the study seeks to examine the reality of the initiative, by identifying the motives and objectives of China’s involvement in Africa, while listing the set of challenges facing the initiative and possible bets for its success. The study concluded that despite the challenges, the initiative has become a framework for the convergence of mutual benefits, allowing China to expand its investment bases, and providing Africa with an opportunity to achieve development, and this requires China and African countries to confront these challenges for the success and continuity of the initiative.
