الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تقييم أداء الأستاذ الجامعي من قبل طلبة جامعة تلمسان في ضوء تحقيق جودة التعليم في قطاع التعليم العالي، لهذا الغرض تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الأنسب لموضوع الدراسة ،كما تم اختيار عينة مكونة من 132طالب وطالبة من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية وكلية العلوم، حيث طبق عليها استبيان "تقييم أداء الاستاذ الجامعي" من اعداد بن حجوبة حميد وباصور عقيلة وذلك بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته وتقدير صلاحيته للدراسة. توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تم مناقشتها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة والخلفية النظرية للموضوع. Abstract: The current study aims to get acquainted with the evaluation of the performance of the university professor by the students of Tlemcen University in light of achieving the quality of the educational service in the higher education sector, the research relied on the descriptive approach, and adopt a sample of 132 students from the faculty of Social and Human Sciences and Science faculty, it was applied to it a questionnaire "Evaluating the performance of the university professor", prepared by Bin Hajouba Hamid and Basur Aqila. The study reached a set of results that were discussed in light of previous studies and the theoretical background of the study.
