فلسفة الاقتصاد: علم الاقتصاد علم إنساني

الملخص
إن الغاية الأساسية من الاقتصاد هي محاولة تحقيق الرفاه من خلال تلبية الحاجيات المادية للأفراد، أو مثلما يقال عنه، غايته تعليم الجياع كيفية الحصول على الغذاء، وقد نجح في تحقيق هذه الغاية في بعض المجتمعات، إلاّ أنه وبالرغم من ذلك يبقى النقاش الإبستمولوجي حول قضاياه متواصل نتيجة ما لهذا العلم من إخفاقات أثارت تشاؤلا، علمية واخرى فلسفية تبعث على إعادة النظر فيه كنوع من التفكير وكعلم قابل للتطوير، وكممارسة متعددة الأبعاد، سياسية، واجتماعية، واخلاقية. يحول المقال، انطلاقا من مبحث فلسفة العلوم (الإبستمولوجيا)، باعتبارها دراسة نقدية للعلوم، تحليل الواقع الاقتصادي المبني على العلاقات بين الأفراد، وبيان طبيعة هذه العلاقات، كما يهدف إلى توضيح صورة القوانين الاقتصادية الغير كافية ما لم يُؤخذ بالاعتبار البعد التاريخي والأخلاقي لهذه العلاقات الإنسانية التي تميزه، كما يحاول الكشف عن الطبيعة الحقيقة لهذا العلم، وإثبات انتمائه للعلوم الانسانية بالرغم من الطرق التجريبية المادية التي يعتمدها. ومن خلال فلسفة الاقتصاد، يوضح المقال الطبيعة الأخلاقية القيمية للمشكل الاقتصادي، التي تجعل منه علما من نوع خاص. The main purpose of economics is to try to achieve well-being by meeting the material needs of individuals, in other words, its purpose is to teach the hungry how to get food, and it has succeeded to achieve this goal in some societies. However, because of the failures of this science, it has raised scientific questions, and other philosophical ones which lead to reconsider it as a kind of thought and as a science which can be developed, as a multidimensional, political, social and ethical practice. Based on the Philosophy of Science, this article attempts to analyze the economic reality grounded primarily on the relationships between individuals, and to clarify the nature of these relationships. It also aims to clarify the image of insufficient economic laws unless the historical and moral dimensions of these human relationships that distinguish it are taken into account. It also tries to reveal the true nature of this science and vindicating its belonging to the human sciences despite the material experimental methods that it adopts. Through the philosophy of economics, the article demonstrates the nature of the ethical value of the economic problem, making it a science of a special kind.
