التكنولوجيا المالية في ظل جائحة كوفيد -19 - دول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا نموذجا -

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز واقع التكنولوجيا المالية في دول الشرق الاوسط وشمال افريقيا خلال جائحة كورونا، اذ تعد التكنولوجيا المالية من اهم المواضيع البارزة في الاقتصاد العالمي والمالية الدولية، وما زادها اهمية هو تقديمها حلولا للمعاملات الاقتصادية في ظل الازمة الصحية الحالية والبروتوكول الصحي المتعلق بها، وتوصلت الدراسة الى الدور الحيوي الذي تؤديه الخدمات المالية الرقمية خلال هذه الفترة، حيث لاحظنا ان دول الشرق الاوسط تحتل الصدارة في استخدامها لخدمات التكنولوجيا المالية لأغلب معاملاتها خاصة المرتبط بتبادل النقد منها، على عكس دول شمال افريقيا فاستخدامها جد ضعيف مقارنة بباقي الدول ويرجع ذلك الى نقص وعي وثقافة التكنولوجيا المالية للمتعاملين الاقتصاديين اضافة الى تخلف الجهاز المصرفي وعدم مواكبته لتطورات النظم المصرفية الدولية. The study aims to highlight the realty of financial technology in the Middle East and North African countries during the Coronavirus pandemic. Currently the Financial technology isconsidered one of the most important prominent topics of the global economy and international finance, because it offers solutions to economic transactions in light of this current health crisis and the health protocol related to the Coronavirus pandemic. The study concluded that digital financial services played a vital role during the pandemic period. In addition the study revealed that the Middle East countries are in the foreground in using the financial technology services in most of their economic transactions, especially those related to the exchange of money. While the use of financial technology in North African countries is very weak compared to the rest of countries. This is due to the lack of awareness and culture of financial technology among economic dealers, in addition to the underdevelopment of the banking system and its failure to keep pace with the evolution of the international banking systems
