خصائص المعلم ودوره في العملية التعليمية

الملخص
تعتبر عملية التعليم من أهم العمليات التربوية التي يمر بها الإنسان سواء كان هذا التعليم مباشرا أو غير مباشر، هذا الأخير الذي قد يكون فيه الملقن أحد أفراد الأسرة أو من خارجها، أما التعليم المباشر فيكون من قبل شخص مؤهل وموكل من طرف الحكومة بالتعليم يطلق عليه المعلم، فالمعلم هو أساس العملية التعليمية والركيزة المتينة التي تستند إليها المدرسة، وأداؤه الناجح هو إيصال المعرفة وتربية الناشئة بشكل جيد، وهذا يحدد كفاءته ومؤهلاته، وللمعلم دور كبير في بناء شخصية التلميذ الثقافية والنفسية والفنية. The education process is considered one of the most important educational processes that a person goes through, whether this education is direct or indirect, the latter in which the instructor may be a member of the family or from outside it. As for direct education, it is carried out by a person who is qualified and authorized by the government to teach, called the teacher, The teacher is the basis of the educational process and the solid pillar on which the school is based, and his successful performance is the delivery of knowledge and education of something well, and this determines his competence and qualifications, and the teacher has a great role in building the student’s cultural, psychological and artistic personality.
